Lynn M. Schultz serves as the project director for a wide range of the firm’s consulting engagements.  Her expertise ranges from enterprise and service line strategy, medical staff integration and strategy, and community health needs assessment.  She is considered an expert facilitator, supporting consensus-building and innovative solutions to complex problems.  Recent projects include:

  • Community health needs assessment for large urban county leading to collaborative strategy development. 
  • Strategy and service development for a federally funded community agency.
  • Service line strategy for surgical services and neurosciences.
  • Medical staff strategy including medical staff attitude survey, physician demand and service line strategy.
  • Implementation support for primary stroke centers leading to state licensure and Joint Commission accreditation.
Lynn received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Duke University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton.  She has published and delivered papers in the areas of nurse recruitment, marketing for nursing and medical staff development.
